Salam, I'm Dr. Qaali.
Here’s the brutal truth about being a professional Muslimah:
Nobody understands the unique challenges you face in the workplace.
You’re navigating workplace cultures that view your values of prioritizing your faith and family as problematic...which makes balancing your professional and personal goals difficult…
especially when the environments are biased, resistant to change, and lack the support systems necessary for working mothers.
And we, as professional Muslimahs refuse to compromise our faith and family...
So we grind through long hours, juggling family responsibilities, and constantly sacrifice our own well-being to “do it all”...only to end up exhausted and burned out.
Some people believe “working hard” and “proving yourself” is the answer...they think, "If I just show them I’m capable, they’ll eventually give me a flexible work schedule.”
Some people think going to HR or filing a discrimination lawsuit will fix the system…not realizing the potential backlash and retaliation that follows these actions.
Both strategies can work, but I find that they don't solve the underlying problem. Workplace cultures continue to be resistant to change and require professional Muslimahs to continue burning themselves out in order to succeed…
So what's the alternative?
You need to take control of how you navigate your life and career...so that you can advance your career on your terms without the burnout and thrive!
And I can teach you how to do that with 4 simple techniques that I learned after years and years of practice as a full-time trauma surgeon and mom of six...
I'm hosting a free live masterclass that will show you exactly how to advance your career even if you’re misunderstood and exhausted in unaccommodating workplace cultures.
If you're serious about advancing your career as a professional Muslimah without burning yourself out in the process... learn these 4 techniques that will transform how you navigate even the most hostile workplace cultures!

Dr. Qaali’s approach is unique in that she’s providing an intersectional method, being a Black, East African, and Muslim woman who has been through all the trauma and “isms” herself.

In my 14-year career, I’ve been through a few professional development programs. As a Muslim woman of color, I did not find anyone who was speaking to my specific career barriers and needs at work. Dr. Qaali’s approach is unique in that she’s providing an intersectional method...and breaks down the racialized and gendered work dynamics. She gives practical career advice in a way I have not yet received or seen elsewhere.
